Changing a password if you’re connecting from home
If you are a student enter username@live.cornwall.ac.uk in the username box.
Password requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
It must not include any part of your name
Step 1: Go to URL: https://www.office.com
Step 2: Click Sign in
Step 3: Enter your username & click Next
Step 4: Enter your current password & click Sign in
Step 5: Enter your current password again & enter your new password twice. Click Sign in

For students on-site at Bicton College
If you are a student enter ccgstudents\username in the account name box.
If you are staff enter ccg\username in the account name box.
Enter the password you have been given in the current password box. Enter your new password twice.
Password requirements:

- Click Submit – you should get a message saying password successfully changed.
