Course information
This 3 day course will cover:
Day 1 - PA1 which is classroom based and will take you through current legislation/ health & safety etc.
Day 2 - operating the knapsack equipment for PA6. By the end of the day you will be able to understand how to use pesticides and equipment safely and become a safe and competent user.
Day 3 - an assessment (approx. 3 hours)
- Relevant legislation relating to pesticides
- How to store/transport and dispose of pesticides safely.
- How to record information and interpret labels and information relating to pesticides
