The grounds comprise 200 hectares of open parkland and rolling countryside; a majestic Georgian manor house overlooks the beautiful lake and sits alongside the latest in modern facilities and equipment used by the highly-regarded Bicton College. It is the perfect setting for your event and offers superb facilities along with free parking and in-house catering. Bicton is located just five minutes from the south coast with its selection of beaches, towering cliffs and seaside towns, and 20 minutes from the city of Exeter making it easily accessible from both the M5 and A30.

Weddings at Bicton House
Bicton House is a beautiful setting for your wedding, a Grade II listed manor with spectacular views across the Grade I listed parkland and lake. Within the grounds we boast our own arboretum, walled gardens and orchards that provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs. You can choose from several of our light and airy rooms or perhaps hold your wedding outside and pop a marquee up on the lawn. We will help you to create a perfect day that is designed around you.
For anyone looking for a wedding venue I would definitely recommend Bicton House. The grounds and house are absolutely beautiful for photos and the staff were so helpful.
Conferences and Events
The Grade II listed manor at Bicton is the perfect setting for all your conference or event requirements. With a range of different meeting room spaces and an abundance of outdoor space, we can cater for any need. Room hire includes all your equipment needs, wireless broadband and a beautiful setting. We can seat up to 120 people depending on the layout you require and provide free parking.
Alternatively, host your event with us in one of our rooms overlooking the grounds and lake. Make use of the onsite catering we can offer or choose from our list of recommended suppliers.

Residential and Educational Experiences
Our outdoor activities team specialise in creating bespoke activity packages for schools and other groups and we can offer anything from day release to residential programmes. Our range of indoor and outdoor activities guarantee a fun and interactive time for all, we can provide a range of different catering options from our on-site catering team. The extensive grounds at Bicton provide ample space for outdoor activity and we have a number of different sporting pitches and a sports hall with equipment that can be utilised.
