Our new traffic management system will guide you to our free onsite parking with a dedicated disabled parking area.
We have activities and entertainment for all including: Extreme Bike Battle, Early Medieval Re-enactment village and displays. Plus, baby animals, equine shows, assault courses, kayaking, dog show, dog grooming, craft and retail stalls, a mouth-watering mix of food and drink and much more.

Please note: There is no entry to Bicton College via Back Lane past Mill Water School. Please use the main entrance from the B3178.
Travelling from Exeter head towards Sandygate roundabout and take the A3052 Sidmouth Road for approximately 8 miles until you reach the roundabout at Newton Poppleford. Take the B3178 Exmouth Road for 3 miles and Bicton College will be signposted on your right.
From Sidmouth via The Esplanade/B3176 Peak Hill Road, follow this road for approximately 4 miles along Pinn Lane. Bare right and go through Otterton and up Sleep Hill then turn right onto the B3178. In half a mile Bicton College will be signposted on your left.
From Exmouth via Salterton Road/B3178 follow this road until you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Knowle Hill/B3178 follow this road for approximately 4 miles, go past Bicton Park and Bicton College will be signposted on your left.

Parking
Plenty of onsite parking for all in our fields. As you enter the campus and proceed up the drive way you will be signposted to these areas by our marshals.
Disable parking
Dedicated disabled parking is provided close to the main site, those displaying a blue badge will be directed by our marshals to this area.
Ticket gates
Please either print off your tickets or show your digital ticket confirmation – these will be scanned as you enter.
Dogs
All dogs must be kept on a lead under control. Dog waste bins will be located across the site, please pick up after your dog.
Lake
Please be aware there is an unfenced lake at the bottom of the field to the front of the main house -no swimming. There are buoyancy aids positioned around the lake encase of any emergency.
Lambs
Please note: women who are, or might be pregnant, should not enter the lambing areas because of the potential risk of Toxoplasmosis.
COVID-19 guidance
We’re a big campus with lots of space to keep our visitors safe during your visit. We will continue to encourage social distancing across the campus and set-up hand sanitising stations at various points. Enhanced cleaning measures will be introduced with an additional focus on high-frequency touch points, such as toilets, doors and handrails.
Before travelling to attend our event, we kindly ask you to take personal accountability for your health and those around you by adhering to our COVID-19 safety measures and please do not attend if you or any of your family are displaying symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate.
